MBSR for Adults Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction

MBSR is a highly structured, eight-week, evidence-based program that offers secular, intensive mindfulness training to assist people with a host of stress-related physical, emotional and psychological conditions.
This 8- week structured class and full day mindfulness retreat, along with ongoing practice, trains attention and cultivates awareness, helping us to utilize of our inner resources and providing us with the positive coping tools we need to become strong and resilient in both body and mind.

STRESSED TEENS Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction for Teens

Stressed Teens is an 8-week, (MBSR-T) Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction, class specifically designed for teens. This class (offered both in-person and via Zoom) is an evidenced-based, adapted version of the adult 8-week MBSR program founded by Jon Kabat-Zinn.

Yoga and Meditation for Adults (Zoom)

This 60 minute virtual class incorporates 40 minutes of mindful movement/yoga followed by 20 minutes of sitting or lying down meditation, with the option to stay for an additional 15 minute silent meditation.

It is appropriate for adults who have either participated in an MBSR – Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction Class or have some prior experience with meditation and yoga.
